This week our family took a couple days off from ‘real life’ and headed up past Cooper Landing, Alaska to camp. We hit the campground on the back side of Summit Lake which, though the Seward Highway runs right by, is incredibly cool. A walk-in tent spot, bear-proof food storage containers in every site, and a lake to soak in on a rare 80 degree Alaska day…what more could we ask for?
